Hi Shane we're sorry to hear you haven't received your order yet. As per your order you placed on the 8th July and we shipped the 9th. We have checked the tracking on the website with Aus Post and it would appear this was due the 13th but there has been no update. Very unusual given our close proximity to each other. We will follow this up with Aus Post to find out where this is at. Our apologies mate as once it leaves us it is out of our hands and in the lap of
the gods with courier companies. Also out of interest did you email us to let us know this had not been delivered yet rather than leave a 1 star review? Pretty hard to fix something if we are unaware.

Apologies for the delay in responding. We only saw this review now. Unfortunately the previous hoodie you ordered was from our Chinese supplier. This latest one was from our current supplier here in Australia. We actually moved back to our Australian supplier as we had a number of complaints the other way saying the hoodies were too thick for the Australian climate.
Sorry you are disappointed mate, although these are slightly lighter we feel the quality is much better however totally understand this is a subjective thing.
We hope you will continue to shop with us. If you wish to get a refund please dont hesitate to reach out providing the hoodie hasn't been worn etc.

I had seen a bloke wearing an OMS 'The Crack' hoody at the 2025 Phillip Island Moto GP and loved it. Tried to order once back in NZ but had been out of stock. Finally got to ordered one. Delivered to NZ super easy (thanks OMS) Love wearing it and get heaps of looks, fantastic product, thanks.
Just recieved my having a crack hoodie ... great fit great quality and it says it all "still having a crack".
