Biscoff Banana French Toast Stacks
Ingredients (serves 2–3):
- 4 slices thick bread (brioche or sourdough works best)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 bananas (sliced)
- 2–3 tbsp Biscoff spread
- Butter (for the pan)
- Optional: icing sugar, cinnamon, berries, or maple syrup
Instructions:
- Whisk the mix: In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla.
- Soak the bread: Dip each slice of bread in the mixture until well coated.
- Fry it up: Melt some butter in a pan and cook the bread slices until golden on each side.
